About our CEO & Founder

Cheskel Kahan

Cheskel is a passionate and experienced healthcare leader who has dedicated his career ​to improving the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders. With 14 years of ​experience in healthcare, Cheskel has a deep understanding of the importance of ​innovative and effective treatment approaches.


As the founder and CEO of Horizon ABA, Cheskel is driven by a vision to provide high-​quality, personalized ABA therapy that empowers individuals. With a focus on compassion, ​collaboration, and innovation, Cheskel is building a team of dedicated and experienced ​professionals who share this vision and are committed to delivering exceptional care.


Known for his warm and empathetic approach, Cheskel has earned a reputation as a ​beloved and respected leader in the healthcare community. Through Horizon ABA, he aims ​to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders, ​and to make a lasting difference in the communities we serve.

About our CCO

Jessie Marshall, MAS, BCBA, LBA

Jessie is a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Gilbert, AZ. As the Chief Clinical Officer ​at Horizon ABA, she oversees all clinical assessment, programming and training. Jessie received ​her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona, her Master’s degree in ​Infant Family Practice from Arizona State University, and completed her behavior analytic ​coursework through Florida Institute of Technology.


As a BCBA, Jessie has developed an inclusion preschool program for children with and without ​disabilities, created a social skills group for school-age children, partnered with private ​educational facilities to assist school personnel in improving student learning environments, ​presented at Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) on client outcomes, and ​serves as Adjunct Faculty for Purdue Global and South Mountain Community College. Jessie also ​serves on the Board of Directors for Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis (AzABA) and holds ​Committee Chair positions for the Ethics Committee. Her professional interests include ​supporting and identifying developmentally appropriate treatment outcomes, compassionate ​care for families, quality assurance monitoring, and prioritizing neurodivergence in her practice.
